The Time Period of John Adams
John adams life span was from 1735-1826 during this time period Adams did many historical things. The time period is the eighteenth and 19 century. During this time helped a rebel group becomes a new nation, and many more. John Adams was a very smart child and then when he grew up went to Harvard university. He became a Latin teacher in 1755, but found that rather boring. In 1776-1758 Adams studied as a lawyer and then served as a lawyer. Intel he heard that the colonist where going to break free from Britain. Adams wanted to help and he served his country, but not by fighting. John adams wanted to help brake free from England but he didn't want to go to war. When the tax hit Adams was sent to court. John Adams was such a good lawyer. He proved taxing to be a legal and so the British had to take the tax away. During the war Adams came up with a great way to conduct the new government. He was so sirius about his idea that he wrote many long essays and sent them to the Boston Gazette. After the Revolutionary War was over they decided to use the 3 branch government system. They elected Washington to be the first president and he was the first Vice President. After his term as Vice President he became the second president. Adams settled an alliance with France so they wouldn't go yo war against each other. This event made John adams a very good president.
